I have had the opportunity to work on several projects at QBA, but the one I found most interesting and challenging is the “Surety” project.
This tool operates in the regulatory compliance arena, requiring not only technical expertise but also a deep, real-world understanding of the associated challenges.
From a feature perspective, the project workflow is particularly engaging. The tool allows tasks to be assigned to individuals with specific target dates, while enabling users to track task statuses and receive notifications. The functionality to acknowledge, accept, or reject task assignments makes it highly versatile and practical.
Moreover, the tool provides mechanisms to monitor and report task progress to the Head of Department (HOD), ensuring accountability and addressing any negligence in task processes. One of the standout features is the robust audit trail functionality, which offers comprehensive tracking and transparency throughout the process

A Memorable Experience in South Africa: “My official work trip to South Africa turned into an incredible journey of professional success and cultural discovery, thanks to QBA’s outstanding associate-focused travel policy.
